    Steven, how matrix like. I just finished that very program this morning (there’s a tweet about it somewhere). I can vouch that if you stick to it, it does work. It was actually really easy to stick to as well. I set mine up so that I did the workout mon, wed and fri of every week, and that seemed to work out well.

    I haven’t taken my 100 pushup final test yet because I’m mountain biking all weekend, but I finished my last set today with 65 consecutive, so I know that I can easily do 100 if that’s the only set I have to do.

    Rob, that test is entertaining! I didn’t do as bad as I thought I would. Managed 43… I’ll start the workout on Monday. Now I just need to incorporate some situps / crunches into this and I’m set!
